This site relates to Watershed Management Framework activities in the basin unit called the Big Sandy River. In this unit, the Kentucky Division of Water provides the services of a full-time basin coordinator.
Basin Coordinator - Each basin unit has a basin coordinator. These work for either the Division of Water or partner organizations and are generally overseen and funded by the Division of Water.
Focus Watershed Information - The focus watersheds are watersheds selected by the Watershed Steering Committee as areas for focused restoration and protection efforts and resources.

Big Sandy Basin Status Report - The status report, published in 2002, was produced as part of Kentucky's Watershed Management Framework.
